VC Copilot AI ("the Platform") is an analytical software product that ingests user-supplied documents and structured inputs and returns informational summaries, scores, valuations, comparisons, and committee-style narratives derived from that input.
Outputs of the Platform — including screening reports, scores, valuations, memos, comparisons, priority buckets, and committee narratives — are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Labels such as "High Priority Opportunity", "Continue Evaluation", "Monitor", or "Not Suitable Based on Current Information" are analytical classifications and must not be interpreted as buy, sell, hold, or approval instructions.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you upload, for conducting your own independent due diligence, and for complying with all applicable securities, data protection, and confidentiality laws in your jurisdiction.
Customer documents and uploaded content are never shared with other customers. Customer data is not used to train AI models without your explicit consent. You may delete documents, company records, and your account at any time. See our Privacy & Security page for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operators of VC Copilot AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Platform's outputs.
